These Terms of Service govern your use of deckedoutsupply.com (the "Site"), operated by FC Industry LLC, doing business as Decked Out Skate Supply ("we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee-based skateboard shop with a physical retail location in Springfield, TN. We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, and to refuse any order, at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.
